Sneha Popley, Becky Schuba, Brenna Porter and Kyla Chapman recognized across four categories for their contributions to commerce media, technology, data and leadership
FORT WORTH, TEXAS – Sept. 17, 2026 – Koddi, the leading commerce media technology for enterprises, today announced that Sneha Popley, Senior Product Manager; Becky Schuba, Associate Director of Technical Program Management; Brenna Porter, Director of Program Management, Travel and Kyla Chapman, Senior Product Manager have been named honorees in AdExchanger’s 2026 Top Women in Media & Ad Tech Awards, acknowledging their contributions across data and measurement, commerce media, product innovation and mentorship.
The annual Top Women in Media & Ad Tech Awards recognize women across every stage of their careers who are making an impact across the digital media and advertising technology industry. Koddi’s 2026 honorees include:
- Sneha Popley, Senior Product Manager – Data Demystifiers: Popley transforming how commerce media organizations measure and understand advertising performance, as well as deploying sophisticated relevancy machine learning models across customers. She led the development of Koddi’s first incrementality measurement platform, giving advertisers a way to isolate the business impact generated by media investments rather than relying solely on traditional attribution. Her work has helped advertisers make more informed investment decisions and has advanced the use of data science and machine learning across Koddi’s measurement and optimization products.
- Becky Schuba, Associate Director of Technical Program Management – Commerce Media Mavens: Schuba leads the delivery of complex enterprise commerce media partnerships, bringing together product, engineering, data and client teams from technical planning through launch and expansion. Beyond individual programs, she has strengthened Koddi’s standards for release readiness, validation and cross-functional collaboration, creating repeatable processes that help the company scale increasingly sophisticated commerce media programs while maintaining partner trust.
- Brenna Porter, Director of Program Management, Travel – Inspirational Mentors: Porter built Koddi’s Program Management organization from the ground up, developing a seven-member, all-women team responsible for some of the company’s most strategic initiatives. Her approach to mentorship centers on giving emerging leaders ownership of complex, high-impact work while providing the coaching and support they need to grow. Her direct team has maintained 100% retention, and the leaders she has developed now independently guide major programs, influence company strategy and mentor others across Koddi.
- Kyla Chapman, Senior Product Manager – Buy-Side Tech Trailblazers: Chapman has helped transform Koddi’s Demand advertising platform into a configurable, multi-channel buying system spanning Display, Paid Search, Performance Max, Paid Social and Metasearch. Drawing on 14 years of experience across multiple sides of the advertising ecosystem, she has led the development of full-funnel capabilities designed to give marketers sophisticated buying technology without exposing them to the complexity underneath it.
Each of these women has taken on difficult problems in her own way, whether that means making measurement more meaningful, helping complex programs scale, developing the people around her or making powerful technology easier to use. Their work is meaningfully helping shape what comes next for Koddi and the industry, from data science modeling to hands-on program activations.
AdExchanger’s Top Women in Media & Ad Tech Awards recognize women at every stage of their careers who are making an impact across digital media and advertising technology. The four honors reflect the range of expertise driving Koddi forward as the company continues to help shape the future of commerce media.
