As CEO and Founder, George leads Koddi’s strategy and long-term direction, bringing a unique blend of engineering knowledge, entrepreneurial experience, and marketing acumen. His leadership has helped shape Koddi into a leading commerce media technology company serving some of the world’s most recognized brands.

Throughout his career, George has built and scaled high-growth businesses recognized among the Inc. 500, Deloitte Fast 500, and Entrepreneur 360 lists. His ventures have earned industry recognition for performance while fostering employee-first cultures that prioritize innovation and long-term success.

George’s individual achievements include induction into MediaPost’s Online All-Stars, recognition as a Digiday Top Boss, and inclusion in Direct Marketing News’ 40 Under 40 list of business leaders.

Nicholas Ward

President and Co-Founder

Nicholas has over 20 years of experience in digital advertising, technology development, and leadership roles to Koddi’s leadership team.

As President and Co-Founder, Nicholas oversees Koddi’s day-to-day operations and client success initiatives. He works closely with the company’s technology, product, and services teams to ensure accountability, execution, and exceptional outcomes for leading global brands.

Before helping launch Koddi, Nicholas founded and grew successful businesses focused on structured data, local data management, and conversion optimization. He also held technology leadership positions at iProspect, one of the world’s leading digital advertising agencies, where he supported major global clients and large-scale digital marketing initiatives.

Nicholas is a member of the Ascendent council and frequent IAB speaker.

Nanda Lella

Chief Technology Officer

Nanda brings more than two decades of engineering leadership experience and a proven track record of building large-scale technology platforms.

As Chief Technology Officer, Nanda leads Koddi’s product, engineering, and data science organizations, overseeing strategy, roadmap development, and execution across the company’s technology portfolio.

Prior to joining Koddi, Nanda served as Director of Engineering at Meta, where he led teams responsible for developing privacy and regulatory frameworks across the company’s advertising business. Earlier in his career, he held senior engineering leadership roles at Amazon, where he drove the vision, strategy, and execution of Amazon Live while also helping build the company’s video advertising delivery platform.

Trevor Narayan

VP, Product

Trevor combines product leadership expertise across advertising, commerce, and consumer technology to shape Koddi’s product vision.

As VP of Product, Trevor is responsible for helping define and execute Koddi’s product strategy, ensuring the company continues to deliver innovative solutions for advertisers, publishers, and commerce media networks.

Before joining Koddi, Trevor was a founding product manager on the DoorDash Ads business. He also held product positions at Google, where he contributed to the company’s travel search initiatives and helped develop products used by millions of consumers worldwide.

He was awarded “Rising Star” from The Drum’s Commerce Media awards.

Terra Ingalls

VP, Sales

Terra leverages deep retail media expertise and sales leadership experience to help commerce media networks accelerate growth.

Bringing over 15 years of industry experience, as Vice President of Sales, Terra leads Koddi’s consultative sales team, helping commerce media networks, retailers, and brands maximize growth through innovative advertising solutions.

Throughout her career, Terra has held leadership positions at organizations including WPP, Publicis/Epsilon, and Walmart, where she contributed to the development and expansion of one of the industry’s leading retail media programs. Her experience spans retail media, brand marketing, shopper marketing, agency services, data applications, martech, and adtech.

Known for building teams and scaling new media products, Terra combines strategic sales leadership with deep industry expertise to help customers navigate the evolving commerce media landscape.

Paul Dahill

Managing Director, EMEA Sales

Paul has spent over a decade helping retailers, brands, and media organizations unlock growth through commerce media and data monetization.

As Managing Director of EMEA Sales, Paul leads Koddi’s commercial efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, helping retailers, brands, and media owners unlock new revenue opportunities through commerce media.

Prior to joining Koddi, Paul led the commercial operations of a retail media startup through a successful $250 million acquisition. He has also developed innovative data monetization strategies for leading media organizations, earning a reputation for identifying new growth opportunities and advancing retail media adoption.

Paul is a frequent guest lecturer on retail media at the Queen Mary University of London.

Jason Pratt

General Manager, Koddi Ads

Jason has 15 years of digital media experience and over twenty years of software leadership at companies including Skai, where Jason was Managing Director of the Americas before joining Koddi.

Jason currently leads Koddi Reserve, helping modernize beverage alcohol retail media through innovative technology, data, and strategic partnerships.

As General Manager of Koddi Reserve, Jason oversees Koddi’s managed retail media operation for the beverage alcohol industry. He is responsible for driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence while creating value for advertisers, publishers, and consumers.

Jason has held board positions and advisory roles at organizations across the tech spectrum, is a frequent guest lecturer on digital media at institutions like Duke University and The University of Texas. He holds a US patent in the digital payments space, and has been a speaker at conferences including Shoptalk and Admonsters.

Eric Brackmann

VP, Commerce Media

Eric is Vice President of Commerce Media at Koddi, where he leads the company’s commerce media business and helps shape the strategy, growth, and execution of commerce media programs for many of the world’s leading brands.

With more than 15 years of experience in digital advertising and commerce media, Eric has helped build and scale some of the industry’s most successful commerce media businesses. Before joining Koddi, he held leadership roles at Criteo, HookLogic, Accenture, and Rosetta (a Publicis Groupe agency).

Eric is widely recognized as a commerce media thought leader. His insights have been featured in Adweek, AdExchanger, Digiday, EMARKETER, Modern Retail, Retail TouchPoints, The Drum, PhocusWire, and numerous other industry publications. He serves on the Ascendant Network RMN Americas and Europe Advisory Councils, as well as the IAB Commerce Media Committee.

A frequent speaker and industry contributor, Eric has presented at Advertising Week, P2PI’s Retail Media Summit, AdMonsters PubForum, and multiple Ascendant Network events. He has also appeared on the Schwab Network, The Agile Brand podcast, and the Customerland podcast, among many others. In addition, he regularly publishes research and thought leadership on commerce media, measurement, programmatic advertising, and AI.

Eric was recognized as one of the Path to Purchase Institute’s 40 Under 40 in 2025 and was named to The Drum’s Commerce Media Power 100 in 2026.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Chris Heike

VP, Operations and Program Management

Chris brings more than 20 years of experience building, scaling, and leading technology organizations across product, operations, and program execution. As Vice President of Operations and Program Management at Koddi, he oversees the Koddi Demand line of business including operational strategy and execution across complex customer programs, helping global brands turn media, data, and technology into measurable business outcomes.

Throughout his career, Chris has helped build multiple media applications from inception into enterprise-scale programs, including initiatives that grew into billion-dollar advertising businesses. He has played a key role in developing new buying mechanics for individual advertisers operating within massive brand-sponsored media programs, helping define how performance, automation, and marketplace dynamics come together at enterprise scale.

An active member of multiple advisory boards across the hospitality industry, Chris works closely with leading travel brands, media partners, and technology teams to shape the future of performance advertising across travel and hospitality.

Deep Kohli

VP, Client Services

Deep brings more than 15 years of marketing and customer success experience, helping organizations drive growth through strategic partnerships and performance-focused execution.

As Vice President of Client Services, Deep leads Koddi’s client services organization, helping customers maximize value from their commerce media investments and achieve long-term success.

Before joining Koddi, Deep built a diverse career spanning email marketing, travel advertising, metasearch, and partnership development. His experience includes leading metasearch initiatives at Travelocity and managing strategic partnerships for an international ticketing company. Over the past several years at Koddi, he has played a key role in onboarding new customers and scaling the company’s client services function.
