The beginning of this month marked Koddi’s 2022 Spring Off-Site retreat at the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, Texas. It was the first time the entire Koddi team gathered together in person since December, 2019! Koddiyaks traveled from all over – Fort Worth, Dusseldorf, Paris, San Francisco, New York City, and more – for several days of community, camaraderie, and team-building.

For many employees, this was the first time they got to meet some of their colleagues face to face. Everyone enjoyed the time together after the isolation of the recent Covid-19 years. It was a time to celebrate Koddi’s recent accomplishments, to build relationships across teams, and to participate in some friendly competition benefitting a local Texas food bank.
