Nicholas Ward

President and Co-Founder

Nicholas has more than 15 years of experience in digital advertising, technology development, and management roles.

At Koddi, he oversees daily operations and client success, working directly with technology, product, and service resources to ensure total accountability and service to some of the world’s top brands.

Nicholas has founded and grown successful businesses in structured data, local data management, and conversion optimization and held technology leadership roles working with top global clients at iProspect, one of the world’s top digital advertising agencies.

Nanda Lella

Chief Technology Officer

Nanda has over 20 years of experience, having recently served as Director of Engineering at Meta.

He was responsible for leading the team launching and building Meta’s privacy and regulation framework and tools across their Ads business. Prior to this, Nanda served as a senior engineering leader at Amazon where he was responsible for the product vision, roadmap, team strategy, and overall execution of Amazon Live, as well as building their video ads delivery platform.

At Koddi, Nanda is responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, and execution across the product, engineering, and data science teams.

Harsh Jiandani

Chief Commercial Officer

Harsh brings global experience in the adtech industry, having recently served as the Chief Revenue Officer at PromoteIQ, a Microsoft company.

He was responsible for revenue generation, go-to-market strategy, customer delivery, and partnerships. Prior to this, Harsh served as GM and Head of Sales at Xandr, formally AppNexus, where he successfully navigated one of AT&T’s largest Ad Tech acquisitions in Xandr.

In his role at Koddi, Harsh is responsible for the marketing, sales, and partnership strategies and teams to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Trevor Narayan

VP, Product

Trevor brings vast experience in the technology industry, having recently served as a senior product manager at DoorDash where he was integral to building the Doordash ads business.

Prior to this, Trevor held positions at Google where he worked on the travel search team. Trevor’s role at Koddi includes developing and implementing strategic plans for the company.

Terra Ingalls

VP, Sales

As VP of Sales, Terra leads the consultative sales team at Koddi.

With 15 years of retail media experience, Terra has held previous leadership roles within WPP, Publicis/Epsilon, and has entrepreneurial experience in adtech. She is a veteran in building sales teams and operations for new media products and platforms.

Terra brings sales strategy expertise from several global, multibillion-dollar companies, including Epsilon and Walmart, where she played a key role in advancing their world-class retail media program to its market-leading position. In addition to retail media, Terra has broad industry acumen across brand marketing, shopper marketing, agency services, data applications, martech, and adtech.

Paul Dahill

Managing Director, Sales

With over 15 years of hands-on experience across commerce media, data, and ad technology sales, Paul’s expertise centers around catalyzing new business ventures and championing retail media’s pivotal role in the industry.

He led the EMEA commercial operations of a retail media startup, culminating in a $250 million acquisition. He also architected groundbreaking data monetization strategies for industry-leading media entities. Paul now leads Koddi’s EMEA sales efforts as Managing Director.

Sabour Huml

VP, People and Culture

Sabour leads and oversees the people experience at Koddi, ensuring the employee journey is positive from the moment a candidate clicks “apply” to their continued growth and development at Koddi and beyond.

Prior to joining Koddi, Sabour established and led PMG’s People Operations team and before that, she held various HR Business Partnership roles at Sabre. With more than 10 years of experience in the HR space, Sabour has a passion for growing and developing employees and enhancing company cultures.

Jason Pratt

General Manager, Koddi Ads

As General Manager of Koddi Ads, Jason oversees Koddi’s publisher-facing business unit, which enables site monetization at scale with proven technology and expertise.

Jason is a 25-year veteran of the software and technology business, with the last 10 years in ad tech. He has managed teams and businesses of all sizes throughout his career, with a special focus on building scalable and repeatable plays. Previous to Koddi, Jason was the Managing Director for North America at Kenshoo, Inc., a leading ad-buying platform. Jason holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Eric Brackmann

VP, Commerce Media

Eric is a seasoned executive with 15 years of experience shaping the media industry.

Prior to joining the leadership team at Koddi, Eric held key roles at Criteo, HookLogic (acquired by Criteo), and Accenture.

As Vice President of Commerce Media at Koddi, Eric led the launch of Koddi Ads, the leading SaaS solution for building and operating commerce media programs. Eric is responsible for overseeing the company’s commerce media business, including strategy, operations, and customer success. Given Eric’s well-earned reputation for launching and growing some of the industry’s largest commerce media programs, Eric is a respected consultant and thought leader among top brands and business leaders.

Eric holds a degree in Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Deep Kohli

VP, Client Services

Deep is a proven marketing expert with an impressive track record of delivering key results and exceeding clients’ expectations.

With 15 total years of marketing experience, including 10 years in the travel industry, Deep’s unique experience is perfectly matched here at Koddi, where he’s spent the past six years welcoming new customers and leading the Client Services team.

Deep proudly brings his unique perspective to driving growth and success – dating back to his first position managing email marketing campaigns, into his tenure at Travelocity leading the metasearch efforts, then leading partnerships with a London-based online event ticketing company, and now at Koddi. In his spare time he enjoys traveling all over the world, and spending time with his family and friends.

Chris Heike

VP, Operations and Program Management

Chris is responsible for operations, program management, and analytics at Koddi. He has spent more than 15 years developing new technologies with a strong focus in travel ad tech.

Chris served on the executive team at HookLogic (acquired by Criteo in 2016) where he led the product and operations teams for the travel vertical.
