ABOUT THE KODDI IMPACT PROGRAM
Kickstart your career and build skills to own key initiatives from day one
The Koddi Impact Program is an eight-week, cohort-based experience designed to give emerging talent the skills, confidence, and context to make an impact from the start of their careers at Koddi. Rather than an internship, the program brings new hires into Koddi as full-time employees and provides focused training, mentorship, and a built-in community of peers.
You’ll learn how Koddi works while collaborating with teams across the business on high-priority projects that support our customers and business strategy. Through a blend of hands-on experience, collaborative learning, and instructor-led workshops, you’ll build on your existing skills, develop new ones, and gain the foundation to become a high-performing contributor at Koddi.

No. Impact is an early-talent accelerator. You are hired as a full-time Koddi employee, not a temporary intern, and the program is designed to launch a career here.
Is it paid?
Yes. You receive full compensation as a Koddi employee.
Am I eligible for benefits?
Yes. You are eligible for Koddi’s full benefits package as a full-time employee.
Who is the program for?
The program is for recent December or May graduates. If you graduated earlier, we evaluate your previous relevant experience.
When will I hear back?
You’ll get a confirmation right away. Because applications are always open, we’ll reach out with specifics once the group is finalized.
