Every year around the holidays, families and friends across the globe gather to spend time together, relax, reminisce on the passing year, and celebrate the adventures to come in the new year. And at Koddi, we’re no different. We like having a reputation for being the hardest workers in the industry, driving the best results for our clients, and innovating in the ever-growing fields of travel and marketing. However, we also know how to have a lot of fun.

This all culminates once a year at Koddi’s holiday party at Rough Creek Lodge where employees and their significant others can get together to celebrate and give back. This year, we had a lot to be proud of and to celebrate. We were honored to receive a Digiday Signal Award for Best Marketing Automation Platform, Facebook’s Innovation Spotlight for Driving Results, and FW Inc.’s Best Small Company to Work For in Fort Worth.

This year, however, we had something extra to celebrate. After the announcement that Koddi would be acquiring the former HookLogic Travel business, we knew our work family would be doubling in size. We were fortunate enough to get the opportunity to meet a few of these people and welcome them to the Koddi team and culture.

While we appreciate the recognition and the opportunity to grow, one tradition remains that we are most proud of. Each year, Koddi employees are encouraged to bring a toy to donate to our local children’s hospital to bring some joy and holiday cheer to families in need. With a growing team, comes more toys to contribute. We were pleased to be able to donate more than 50 toy items to Cook Children’s Medical Center.

As we continue to grow, it is important to take a step back and appreciate the moments that make us Koddi. Whether that moment is bonding at a company dinner, a few friends exploring the driving range or zip line, or having a drink with your coworkers by the fire, we appreciate the opportunity to be apart of something special. This holds true to another tradition here at Koddi.

We have a lot in store for 2018, and we can’t wait to see what new adventures lie ahead!
